Shipping & Delivery
When you place your Bath Savvy order your products are handmade to order with care and attention. We try our best to process orders within 48 hours, however processing time can take up to 5-7 business days.
- Delivery options include USPS Priority, USPS Ground (Parcel Post) and FREE pickup at our Ferndale, MI shop inside the Rust Belt Market. Rust Belt. Market is located at 22801 Woodward Ave, Ferndale, MI 48220 open Fri-Sunday each weekend.
- Delivery times are based on orders placed between Monday – Friday. Shipping costs are automatically calculated during checkout prior to order completion. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. Free ground shipping is available on all orders of $45 or more (before tax and any applicable discounts). Please allow 7-10 business days for your order to be delivered with standard ground shipping. Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee.
- All orders shipped to Hawaii or Alaska will be shipped via USPS Priority. Additional Expedited shipping options for these locations are not currently available.
- Shipping times? Shipping times may vary based on product availability and/or current promotional period.
- PO Boxes? If you are shipping to a U.S. P.O. Box, we offer USPS Priority free on orders $45 or more. If your shipment contains restricted items, you must use USPS Ground (Parcel Post).
- International Shipping? Shipping is available within the U.S. only.
- Holidays and Business Days? Packages are not shipped or delivered on the following holidays: New Year's Day Martin Luther King Jr. Day President's Day Memorial Day 4th of July Labor Day Thanksgiving Christmas Columbus Day Veteran’s Day. All orders ship Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
- Tracking Orders? When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive an automated shipment confirmation e-mail. The majority of our orders are shipped within 1-3 business days after the order has been placed. The e-mail will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a link to the selected carrier site. To track the order, click on the tracking number located in the email.
