Placed gift order December 31, 2020. January 16, 2021, I emailed asking if there was a tracking number, no response. I emailed again, no response. I noticed my order was shipped out January 16,2021, I would have been understanding if for some reason the order was forgotten or they were backed up but I don't understand when you can't return a message. I wanted to use this company for future gifts but, after this I'll pass.
